These are all small reasons, or reasons that will probably only effect me

1) Does not work with Netatalk. I use netatalk to share an AFP partition on my server to be used with time capsule. (http://www.kremalicious.com/2008/06/ubuntu-as-mac-file-server-and-time-machine-volume/)
2) Since installing iLife 09 the software update utility wont update.
3) My mac has crashed over half a dozen times, I have no idea why
4) Wifi seems to connect more quickly but also looses the connection far to often
